Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sat 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform tasks to support the Stanford University Libraries' growing
digital media collections and related programs. The assistant
will prepare audio and video files for streaming. Primary tasks
will include data entry, media file transcoding, quality control,
and web production activities. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Maturity, a professional attitude, and attentiveness to detail.
Proficiency with Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows. Ability to communicate
well in verbal and written English. Experience using digital
media software applications. Interest and experience in web-based
media is a big plus.
Preferred: Willingness to commit to work this position for
at least 1 academic quarters, and a minimum of 8 hours per week.
