Image reads "Welcome to your next chapter!" over an image over someone reading a small, red book.

Our dedicated team of engineering librarians is excited to meet you in the coming weeks! We look forward to learning about your specific interests and how we can best support your research and education at Stanford. You can stop by and find us in the Terman Engineering Library, located on the second floor of the Huang Engineering Center, or email us at engreference@stanford.edu. We are also available at a couple of New Graduate Student Orientation events this week, the Sciences & Engineering Libraries Info Session this afternoon (slides available here) and GOALIE on Friday. We hope you will be able to join us!

For orientation week, we’ve also pulled together a helpful checklist to get you started with your research at Stanford.

  • Install the Lean Library browser extension
We have a vast collection of journals, society literature, databases, and books that you can access online. This extension will allow you to access these e-resources from off-campus.

We look forward to meeting you soon!
