This workshop will highlight the data collections available to researchers at Stanford and provide guidance on strategies for securely storing and working with your data.  Topics will include finding data, understanding data risk levels, licensing data, and using shared computing resources like Farmshare, Sherlock, and AFS.
This workshop is offered by Stanford Libraries' Center for Interdisciplinary Research as part of its mission to provide training in technical academic research practices and applied research methods.
