As a part of Digital Library Systems and Services, I manage the digital library discovery, access, and delivery portfolio for Stanford Libraries, and oversee a team of software engineers and user experience designers. Our team's portfolio includes Stanford Libraries' main website (library.stanford.edu), our information discovery platform (SearchWorks), our online exhibition platform (Spotlight), and the Stanford Digital Repository (SDR)'s various access and delivery systems for images and media using the International Image Interoperability Framework.
In addition, I provide strategic and technical leadership for collaborative digital library projects undertaken by Stanford Libraries, including the ArcLight archival discovery platform, Virtual Tribunals (with the Stanford Center for Human Rights and International Justice) and the Digital Library of the Middle East (with the Council on Library and Information Resources). I also served as the project director for the IMLS-funded Lighting the Way project.

From September 2016-March 2019, I worked as the Collaboration & Interoperability Architect at Stanford Libraries. In this role, I served as an expert in the software, standards, architectures and models for technologies for libraries, archives and museums. serving both as a technologist (focusing on architecture, data modeling, and API design), and as an advocate and facilitator (focusing on training, collaborative practices, and shared software development projects).
Before Stanford, I worked as an archivist, technologist, and strategist at institutions including the Digital Public Library of America, Yale University Library, The New York Public Library, and the American Institute of Physics. I have worked on a wide variety of technical projects within archives and digital libraries, including Hydra in a Box, ArchivesSpace, AIMS and Hypatia, and metadata aggregation and linked data initiatives.
